BANQUET INFORMATION:
WHEN: Saturday April 12, 2008 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
WHERE: The Renaissance Convention Centre 3045 Southcreek Road, Mississauga.

EVENTS: 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM - Registration drop-off.
11:15 AM to 12:30 PM - Awards Presentations.
12:30 PM to 2:00 PM - Sit-Down lunch, Drinks, and Dessert.
COST: $20 / person
A complimentary ticket will be provided to each Player and Coach in advance of the banquet.
TICKETS: Tickets will be sold at Lambton Arena during the Semi-Final and Championship Games March 29th &
April 5th... Please note that we will NOT be selling tickets are the door.
2008 / 2009 REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
For the past 5 years, our registration numbers have increased significantly. As a result, we expect ALL divisions to be FULL for next season, and thus, we strongly recommend everyone to register as soon as you can in order to secure a spot for next season.
Although we prefer to receive registration forms by MAIL, we will have staff on
hand to collect forms and answer any questions during the playoff games, as well
as at this years Banquet.
2008 / 2009 COSTS:
$350.00 Spring Registration at Lambton Arena March 29th & April 5th, or at the Banquet or by mail before May 1st
$375.00 Late Registration - By MAIL between MAY 1, 2008 & OCT 4, 2008
$400.00 By MAIL after October 4, 2008.
