2010 / 2011 SEASON
REGISTRATION FEES / DATES:
- $350 - At Lambton Arena during playoff games on Mar 20th & 27th, and at the Banquet on April 10th
- $375 - By Mail between May 1st and October 2, 2010
- $400 - By Mail after October 2, 2010
- NOTE: multiple siblings discount
- full cost for first 2 siblings
- $100 discount for each additional sibling -
$250 for all Midget Players (due to the fact there are no Midget
practices)
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
- If you are planning to drop off your registration during the playoffs or at the banquet, please have the registration form completed in advance. If possible, please complete the registration form ON-LINE.
- Using your keyboard, fill out one registration form per child
- Be sure to include your email address on the form
- Sign and date on the signature line
- Enclose a cheque for appropriate amount
REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
- 24 scheduled Saturday Games
- Scheduled indoor practices
- Socks and sweaters
- Individual and team pictures
- Year end trophies and banquet
- Great coaches and referees
